As a local farm and ranch, we understand the value of having a skilled operator and access to equipment and materials needed on an occasional, one-time or seasonal basis for your farm or homestead. We offer these additional agricultural services to our community:
Tractor Mechanic
We offer tractor mechanic work for the Greater Tehachapi area.
7.3L Diesel Ford truck work also available
Rate of $100/hr, rounded up to nearest half hour. Minimum of one hour billed.
Phone consult free. Onsite billed at hourly rate; also to include drive time to/from location.
Well Pump Servicing
Often available same or next-day for Tehachapi area.
Limited water delivery and water tank rental are also available for interim/emergency water use.
Other areas of Kern and Antelope Valley may be accommodated; additional time and fuel apply.
Rate is $100/hr plus parts and fuel as needed
Tractor Work
Tractor work offered:
Basic dirt work, small-scale projects
Gravel application
Wood chips/mulch application
Compost application
Erosion control & water run-off planning
Mowing
Broadcast seeding pasture
Tractor work rate of $100/hr plus fuel, minimum of one billed hour.
Service does not include cost of materials.
Dump Trailer Rental
We Drop Off, We Pick Up, We Take to Landfill
$150 Daily Rate
$250 2-Day Weekend Rate
Plus dump fees
For Cummings Valley, Stallion Springs, Bear Valley Springs add $50 to rates
Restrictions apply. Per landfill, materials cannot be mixed, require separate loads. Only Mullenax Ranch LLC operates/moves trailer.
No livestock or animals live or deceased.
