How Custom work is done: Place your order and email us your artwork. Highest resolution preferred. Photo of horse should be clear and well defined, not blurred, hazy or poor lighting. Turn-around is usually 2-5 days, prior to packaging and shipping, or being available for pick-up from our ranch in Tehachapi, California.
