Rentals from the Farm
Hello & Welcome! We recognize what a hassle it can be to accrue every item needed prior to starting a project or the expense of purchasing something you need once, rarely or just seasonally. Sometimes you want to try a product out before buying, or you need it NOW... while you wait for your own to arrive via post mail. We have a plethora of farm and event rental items available, with more being added.
Some basic requirements:
-Copy of a current state drivers license or state ID
-Refundable cash deposit (amount varies by item)
-Valid card on file
-Completed Rental Agreement
-Cash rental payment, due upfront
Additional Requirements may be required on higher value items
Includes temporary use of an item owned by Mullenax Ranch, LLC, and which will be returned to Mullenax Ranch, LLC at the conclusion of the rental date and time described on the Rental Agreement.
A Standard Turnover Fee is required on each item rented to cover the time and materials to clean, test and ensure the item is in working and ready condition for next use.
It takes a village, and agriculture is very much about community.
Every farm community needs 'that neighbor down the road' who has the tool, tractor or item you need. Sometimes it's a cup of sugar, sometimes it's a niche piece of homestead and agricultural equipment. Allow us to be your neighbor down the road.
